Every Mynycwebsite parcel travels with a tracking number. It reaches your inbox the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, usually within 0-1 business days of your order, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
How it works
- Order confirmation goes out straight after checkout, carrying your order number.
- Shipping confirmation follows when the parcel leaves us, carrying the tracking number.
- Carrier updates record each scan on the carrier's own page until the parcel is at your door.
If the tracking is not moving
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so a number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal. If several days pass with no update, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, send your order number to support@mynycwebsite.com and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Worth checking the lobby, a neighbour and the mail room first: in a walk-up, a parcel often gets as far as the wrong floor.
